Oneota Co-op Return and Exchange Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction at Oneota Co-op. We also understand it is not always possible to achieve this goal for a variety of reasons. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, we will arrange for an exchange or return within the following guidelines:

Non-members must provide a receipt for the item being returned.
We will provide a prompt exchange or refund oon defective or damaged product purchased at the Co-op if returned:

Within three days of the date of sale on perishable items (includes meat, dairy, produce and deli items).

Within 14 days of sale for all other store products.

All exchanges and returns will be processed through our Front End cashiers or a department manager or assistant manager.
We reserve the right to handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis for unusual or excessive returns.
