The Oneota Co-op Meat department strives to source meat & seafood that is:

With four feet of fresh meat and sliced uncured deli meat, you are sure to find something tasty to throw on the grill, bake up, stir fry or just make a triple decker sandwich.  We feature fresh chicken breast, thighs and drummies, local ground beef, local hotdogs and bacon every day.  We are also proud to offer sustainable  wild caught and farmed fresh fish Thurs-Sunday.

In our cooler and freezer you will find:

  • Fish- halibut, haddock, cod, flounder, salmon
  • Fresh fish varies

Our three freezer doors are plumb full with all the favorites!  Local beef and pork roasts, organic whole chicken, local and nationally branded sausages and brats, local ground lamb and fresh frozen seafood.  Come in and taste the difference; meat raised with care and open spaces is just plain better!

Looking for a fish that we do not carry, having a party and need a large quantity of meat, or just looking for a unique cut?  Ask about special orders.  The delivery schedule is varied and not all product is available year round, email or call with your request.

Fresh fish availability is known on Monday and the order must by placed by Wednesday.
